Job opportunity for Lead KOL & Affiliate Specialist at Brilliant Think Center in KOTA PALEMBANG, SUMATERA SELATAN, Indonesia.

Qualification:

What We're Looking For :

Willing to be Placed in PALEMBANG CITY.

Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing (Lead/Senior/SPV Level) ideally within the brand management industry

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing successful KOL partnerships

Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and performance measurement

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign metrics and optimise strategies accordingly

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong Leadership, analytical thinking & critical thinking

What You'll Be Doing :

Identify, vet, and onboard relevant KOLs aligned with the Brilliant Think Center's brand and marketing objectives

Negotiate and manage KOL contracts, ensuring deliverables and performance targets are met

Monitor and analyse the performance of KOL campaigns, providing data-driven insights to optimise future initiatives

Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop engaging KOL-led content

Continuously expand the Brilliant Think Center's KOL network to reach new audiences and markets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
