• • Gemini AI (Google): We send text from your CV or requests to Gemini AI models for processing (such as text optimization or letter creation). This data is processed in accordance with the AI service provider's technical policies.

You retain full copyright over the CV or documents you upload. Apply-Mate does not claim ownership of the content you create or upload. We only store and process it based on your instructions for application feature purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or leakage. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

In accordance with data protection laws in Indonesia, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data stored in our system.
