Qualification:

Job Description

Oversee daily building operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the property

Monitor and maintain all building facilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and common areas

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize operational issues

Handle tenant/guest complaints related to building facilities and ensure timely resolution

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations

Manage building operational budget and monitor expenses

Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical teams to ensure service standards are met

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and asset inventory

Support emergency response procedures and incident handling

Collaborate with front office or operations team to ensure smooth guest/tenant experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building management, property management, or hospitality operations

Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Good leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call if needed

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

Experience in co-living, serviced apartment, or hotel environment

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems

Basic budgeting and cost control experience

Certification in building management or safety (K3 is a plus)
