Job opportunity for Admin Klinik at Dermalogia Clinic in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualification:

🎯 Job Description (Tanggung Jawab)

Melakukan proses pendaftaran pasien (walk-in & appointment).

Mengelola jadwal dokter dan therapist.

Menginput data pasien ke sistem secara akurat.

Mengelola transaksi pembayaran (cash, transfer, EDC).

Membuat laporan harian (closing kas, omzet, kunjungan pasien).

Menangani telepon, WhatsApp, dan media sosial terkait appointment.

Mengelola arsip data pasien dan dokumen klinik.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim medis terkait jadwal dan kebutuhan pasien.

Menangani komplain pasien dengan komunikasi yang baik dan solutif.

Membantu operasional front desk agar pelayanan berjalan lancar.

✅ Kualifikasi

Perempuan

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (lebih disukai D3 Administrasi/Manajemen).

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai admin/front office (klinik kecantikan lebih diutamakan).

Berpenampilan rapi, komunikatif, dan ramah.

Terbiasa menggunakan komputer & Microsoft Excel.

Mampu bekerja dengan target dan sistem shift.

Teliti dalam pencatatan transaksi dan laporan.

Memiliki attitude service excellence.

Bersedia ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan cabang.

🌟 Nilai Tambah

Pengalaman menggunakan sistem klinik (Beautysys / Medico / dll).

Terbiasa handle appointment via WhatsApp Business.

Memiliki kemampuan upselling treatment / promo.
