Upperclicks (PT. Digital Kaliber Internasional) is a digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads since 2019.
Benefits:
Salary: IDR 4–6 million/month
Annual bonus
MacBook Air/Pro (after probation)
Health insurance (after probation)
6 day work week (Mon–Sat, half day Saturday)
Requirements:
Min. 2 years experience in digital marketing/agency
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic skills
Business level English
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage project timelines
Develop campaign strategies (keywords, budget, targeting)
Run campaigns, A/B testing, and monitor performance
Analyze results and create reports
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends
