Responsibilities:

Initiate conversation by greeting and welcoming members in the group chat regularly.

Provide engaging discussion topics to stimulate active participation.

Actively prompt conversation and encourage interaction among members.

Serve as the main point of contact for members by answering questions related to English usage, grammar, and learning strategies.

Correct member assignments (e.g., voice notes (VNs), written texts, or submitted tasks) by providing detailed and constructive feedback.

Deliver necessary feedback to support the learning progress and improvement of all members.

Issue reminders for group meetings/sessions promptly and clearly.

Effectively manage the class or group during learning processes, ensuring discipline and productivity.

Qualification:

1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in English Education, English Literature, Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Possess excellent speaking and writing skills in English, demonstrably proven by a valid IELTS/TOEFL score (or equivalent certification).

3. Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, leading discussions, or facilitating group learning environments.

4. Able to dedicate time regularly to interact in the group and/or lead group meetings/discussion sessions.

5. Demonstrate strong initiative and effective communication skills.
