Job opportunity for Construction Project Staff at PT Hongfa Electronic Indonesia in KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN, BANTEN, Indonesia.
Qualification:
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–3 tahun di proyek konstruksi .
Memahami gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, dan standar konstruksi.
Familiar dengan software manajemen proyek (AutoCAD, MS Project).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim proyek dan pihak terkait.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan siap ditempatkan di lokasi proyek.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Memantau dan memastikan progres pekerjaan di lapangan sesuai jadwal, standar, dan spesifikasi.
Berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor, subkontraktor, vendor dan tim internal untuk kelancaran proyek.
Mengawasi ketersediaan material, peralatan, dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan.
Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan proyek secara rutin, termasuk perkembangan, kendala, dan rekomendasi perbaikan.
Berkontribusi pada perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek untuk memastikan target tercapai tepat waktu.
