Job opportunity for HSE Officer at PT OTA INDONESIA (OTAZEN) in KAB. KLATEN, JAWA TENGAH, Indonesia.

Qualification:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for implementing and monitoring the company's HSE/K3 programs, ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across all operational areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct routine inspections of safety equipment (APAR, hydrant, emergency exits, signage)

Implement safety training programs including evacuation drills and first aid

Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) across all work areas

Prepare incident reports, accident investigations, and corrective action plans

Monitor workplace environmental compliance and waste management

Support HSE audits and maintain compliance with K3 regulations and SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

Min. D3/S1 — Engineering, K3, or related field

Min. 1 year experience in HSE/K3

Good communication & coordination skills

Familiar with Google Workspace tools

SKILLS

Knowledge of K3/HSE regulations & labor law

Ability to write SOPs, inspection checklists, and incident reports

Proficiency in PPE, fire drill & first aid procedures

Able to work independently and within a team

MANDATORY

K3 Certification (from a licensed institution) is required
