Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to manage inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate stock data and smooth coordination with the production team

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute materials required for production based on requests

Record all inventory movements (in & out) accurately in the system (Jurnal)

Ensure stock data is always accurate, updated, and well-organized

Input and track inventory usage for production and sales purposes

Monitor stock levels and perform routine checks

Report to management when stock levels are approaching minimum levels

Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse

Coordinate effectively with the production team and other departments

Qualifications

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in warehouse administration or inventory management is an advantage

Familiar with inventory systems (experience with Jurnal is preferred)

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Organized, disciplined, and responsible

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Capable of working under deadlines and operational demands
