Dicari: staff customer serivce dan admin operasional.
Tugas utama posisi: Interaksi dengan customer dan pengiriman orderan via lalamove, gojek, dan grab.
Lokasi: Permata hijau - dekat rs medika permata hijau
Kualifikasi:
Sanggup jujur
Mempunyai jiwa untuk melayani
Disiplin dan bermotivasi
Mampu berkomunikasi dan melayani customer dengan baik
Fokus, teliti, detil, disiplin, termotivasi akan target
Tepat waktu
Bekerja iklas dan tidak hitungan
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan internet - terbiasa dengan google sheets/ microsoft excel
Terbiasa terima orderan online melalui whatsapp, instagram, tokopedia, gofood, grabfood.
Diutamakan
Berpengalaman dalam skill CS dan admin
Diutamakan yang berpengalaman dengan penjualan online dan bakery
Lulusan S1
Hari kerja:
6 hari kerja (rolling shift)
bersedia untuk jaga admin malam
