Duties and Responsibilities:

Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing goods in accordance with company standards

Investigating if there are problems related to the delivery of goods

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Monitoring the overall quality of the area

Responsible for the work of controlling the improvement of area quality

Analyzing data, exposing problems looking for improvement solutions

Monitoring daily data on area quality, implementing area quality standards
