Job opportunity for Tenant Relation at PT. Nuansa Jagrati Kanaka in KOTA BANDUNG, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Job Description :

Maintain good relationships with existing tenants

Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints

Conduct regular visits and ensure tenant satisfaction

Support leasing activities (find and follow up potential tenants)

Present available units and assist with tenant onboarding

Help achieve occupancy targets

Handle tenant administration (contracts, data, and documentation)

Coordinate with internal teams for daily operations

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (any major)

1–2 years experience in tenant relation / sales / property / hospitality

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic sales and negotiation skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Able to work independently and in a team
