🎯 Job Description

As a Social Media, Activation & Community Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing and communication activities across digital platforms and offline activations. Your role will include:

Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Support content planning for campaigns, promotions, and brand activations

Engage with the online community: reply to comments, messages, and mentions

Monitor social media performance and prepare simple reports/insights

Assist in organizing online & offline activations, events, or campaigns

Collaborate with the design and marketing team to execute creative ideas

Stay updated with social media trends and propose fresh content ideas

✅ Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Is a student or fresh graduate (Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, or related fields is a plus)

Actively uses social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)

Has a good sense of trends, content, and online culture

Basic understanding of social media content & engagement (portfolio is a plus)

Creative, proactive, and eager to learn

Good communication skills and able to work in a team

Willing to be placed in Halim for 3–6 months

🌟 Nice to Have (Optional, not mandatory)

Experience managing personal or organizational social media accounts

Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / simple editing tools

Comfortable appearing on camera for content (plus point, not required)
