The Hotel Sales Executive at Amayi Resort Nusa Dua is responsible for driving sales initiatives and enhancing revenue streams through strategic marketing and sales activities. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty. This role involves collaborating closely with various departments within the resort to coordinate events and packages that meet the diverse needs of our clientele. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication channels with existing and prospective clients, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the resort.
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to fill this position. Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and have between one and three years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Essential skills include customer service, telesales, hospitality management, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, B2C sales, communication skills, and sales management.
