Job opportunity for Architect Civil Structure (Project Based - Morowali) at Aden Services - Indonesia in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualification:

The duties of the ACS Supervisor cover, but are not limited to:

Supervise the site administration system such as issue of site instructions, approvals of materials, shop drawings and QA tests and inspections, etc.

Check quotations from the contractor and inform the construction manager on the issue of variation orders.

Solve technical issue on site and discuss with design office (if required) with approval of Construction Manager/Project Manager.

Ensure the Construction Drawings are up to date. Control changes on the drawings.

Carry out the daily quality inspection and fill out the QA check forms for the inspection of the Works. Ensure that the Works done as per project requirements.

Inspections of workshop and witnessing of tests.

Prepare daily report.
