Job opportunity for Marketplace Specialist at PT Perajin Mebel Mandiri in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Job Descriptions :

Mengelola operasional toko di marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, dll) secara end-to-end

Mengoptimalkan tampilan produk (judul, deskripsi, foto, SEO keyword) agar meningkatkan traffic dan conversion

Mengatur dan memonitor campaign promosi (flash sale, diskon, bundling, ads marketplace)

Menganalisis performa penjualan, traffic, dan conversion rate secara berkala

Mengelola stok dan memastikan sinkronisasi dengan gudang

Berkoordinasi dengan tim desain, marketing, dan operasional untuk kebutuhan konten dan campaign

Menangani customer inquiry dan menjaga rating toko tetap optimal

Mengidentifikasi tren pasar dan kompetitor di kategori furniture

Membuat laporan performa marketplace (harian/mingguan/bulanan)

Job Requirements :

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Marketing, Bisnis, atau relevan)

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun mengelola marketplace (diutamakan produk furniture/home living)

Familiar dengan platform seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dll

Menguasai fitur ads marketplace dan campaign tools

Memahami dasar SEO marketplace dan copywriting produk

Mampu membaca data (analytics, conversion, ROI campaign)

Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan target

Komunikatif dan bisa bekerja lintas tim

Terbiasa menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets

Nilai plus: pengalaman handle produk bulky (furniture), pengiriman logistik besar
