Job description
Job opportunity for Staff HRD at Sinarmart Mojokerto in KOTA MOJOKERTO, JAWA TIMUR, Indonesia.
Qualification:
1. Mengelola administrasi HRD (kontrak, absensi, payroll data, BPJS, arsip karyawan).
2. Membantu proses rekrutmen (posting lowongan, seleksi administrasi, interview dan onboarding).
3. Membantu pelaksanaan training (absensi peserta, dokumentasi, input data hasil evaluasi training).
4. Menyiapkan data untuk keperluan evaluasi karyawan & penilaian kinerja.
5. Menginput dan memperbarui data karyawan dalam database
6. Membantu menyiapkan laporan HR rutin (data absensi, turnover, lembur, dll).
7. Menangani pertanyaan dasar karyawan terkait HR (absensi, cuti, BPJS, payroll).
8. Menginput kunjungan sales-sales.
9. Melakukan koordinasi lintas departemen untuk mendukung kebutuhan SDM & operasional.
