Requirements

✓ Based in Bali is preferred
✓ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
✓ Basic understanding of MEP systems, installation methods, and relevant codes
✓ 1–2 years of experience in construction/MEP projects is an advantage
✓ Able to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
✓ Familiar with MEP-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting tools
✓ Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
✓ Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
✓ Able to speak English both verbally and in writing
✓ High motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to develop technical competence
✓ Assist in drafting and reviewing MEP drawings with the engineering team
✓ Support coordination between MEP systems and architectural/structural plans
✓ Conduct basic inspections and prepare site progress reports
✓ Assist in compiling documents for permit applications related to MEP aspects
✓ Support senior MEP engineers in ensuring compliance with technical standards
✓ Help identify discrepancies in drawings and provide updates to supervisors
✓ Assist in data collection, quantity checks, and preparation of technical documentation
