Job opportunity for Admin Aftersales at PT. Alltrek Outdoorindo Perkasa in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

CS & Administrasi Aftersales

Kualifikasi:

Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1

Pengalaman CS / aftersales minimal 1 tahun

Terbiasa komunikasi dengan customer (WA/chat)

Mampu administrasi data dengan Excel/Google Sheets

Teliti, responsif, dan mampu multitasking

Tanggung Jawab:

Menangani komunikasi customer terkait seputar pertanyaan perbaikan

Input & monitoring data unit service (masuk–proses–selesai)

Follow-up teknisi terkait progress perbaikan

Koordinasi sparepart & kebutuhan perbaikan dengan tim terkait.

Menyusun report bulanan perbaikan.

Memberikan update status ke customer secara berkala
