We are looking for a communicative and resilient Customer Service professional to handle international clients in the furniture industry.

You will interact with clients from various countries via WhatsApp (chat & call) to understand their needs and offer suitable furniture products or designs based on company SOP.

Responsibilities

Handle communication with international clients via WhatsApp (chat & call)

Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture products/designs

Present and offer products following company SOP

Handle objections and rejections professionally and persuasively

Build strong client relationships and drive towards closing sales

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements

Requirements

Fluent in English is a must (spoken & written)

Experience in customer service or foreign trade (export sales)

Knowledge of furniture products is a plus

Experienced in handling international clients

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Resilient, persistent, and able to handle rejection

Target-oriented with strong sales mindset
