Job opportunity for Trainer Sales at PT Dimarco Mitra Utama in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA PUSAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Trainer Sales :

(Direct Selling & Sales Counter)

Memahami customer behavior di titik penjualan (point of sales)

Membangun mindset percaya diri, inisiatif, dan target-oriented pada tim sales

Menyusun materi training praktis + roleplay langsung

Melakukan evaluasi performa dan coaching on the spot

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3 bidang kesehatan dll

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Trainer / Sales Supervisor / Sales Leader di bidang direct selling atau sales counter

Memiliki pengalaman lapangan aktif

Terbiasa melatih sales frontline, booth, outlet, dan counter

Komunikatif, tegas, persuasif, dan mampu menjadi role model bagi tim sales

Placement : Roxy, Jakarta Pusat
