Role Description

As a Quality Assurance, you will be a vital part of our dynamic Sprint Team, collaborating closely with Backend Developers, Front-End Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Healthcare Management System (SIM-RS) project through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze and validate product requirements and technical specifications to ensure test feasibility.

Develop and implement test plans and test cases covering functional, non-functional, and edge case scenarios.

Execute manual and automated testing to verify product functionality, performance, and compatibility.

Identify, track, and classify bugs according to severity levels.

Prepare test result reports that include root cause analysis and data-driven improvement recommendations.

Monitor product quality post-release and coordinate bug fixes based on user feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year proven experience as an IT Quality Assurance within software development.

Strong expertise in unit testing and familiarity with automated testing frameworks.

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Experience in the development of Healthcare Management Systems (SIM RS) is a plus.

Comfortable with onsite work at Tamtech International Office.
