Qualification:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator (TikTok) to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging, relatable, and high-performing content tailored for TikTok, aligned with EduALL’s brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute creative TikTok content ideas aligned with brand goals

Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them into relevant content

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and messaging

Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on insights

Maintain consistency in posting and ensure content quality meets brand standards

Experiment with new content formats to increase reach and engagement

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation (TikTok-focused preferred)

Experience in the education or service industry is a plus

Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of current trends and platform dynamics

Strong creativity and storytelling skills

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)

Confident in creating content (on-camera is a plus)

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
