Job opportunity for Social Media & Digital Specialist at Masshiro & Co in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualification:

MASSHIRO&Co. is looking for a Social Media & Digital Specialist — If you’re a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for digital trends and a passion for brand growth, this role is for you. You’ll be the voice behind our platforms, and working across teams to bring our brand’s essence to life through engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning content calendar and social media strategies (IG, TikTok, FB) to ensure consistency with MASSHIRO&Co.’s brand identity.

Manage the end-to-end content production process, from developing creative briefs to supervising on-set execution and final visual quality.

Manage the full KOL lifecycle, including outreach, brief alignment, and performance evaluation to ensure high engagement and campaign success.

Craft compelling copywriting and captions across all digital channels, ensuring the brand’s tone of voice is consistent and error-free.

Collaborate on digital campaign execution (ads, newsletters, landing pages) and prepare comprehensive performance reports to track growth and impact.

Support all offline events and content documentation.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Social Media, Creative Content, or Digital Marketing, preferably within the fashion , agency, or retail industry.

Able to do basic design and editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and mobile video editing applications.

Excellent copywriting skills with a strong command of grammar in both English and Indonesian.

Proven experience in KOL management and community engagement to support branding and sales initiatives.

Highly attuned to digital trends with the analytical ability to interpret content performance data.
