Job opportunity for Front Desk Receptionist at PT SINERGI INTEGRA SERVICES in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.
Qualification:
PT SINERGI Integra Services mencari receptionist untuk di tempatkan ke klien kami di Mall dan perkantoran.
Tugas dan tanggungjawab :
Menyambut tamu dan klien yang datang dengan ramah dan profesional
Mengelola panggilan telepon masuk dan mendistribusikannya ke pihak terkait
Mengatur jadwal meeting dan penggunaan ruang meeting
Mengelola surat masuk dan keluar
Membantu kebutuhan administrasi kantor
Menjaga area resepsionis tetap rapi dan representatif
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (lebih disukai D3/S1 semua jurusan)
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Receptionist / Front Office (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
Ramah, cekatan, dan memiliki attitude yang baik
Berpenampilan menarik
Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift (jika diperlukan)
