Qualification:
Pendidikan minimal D3 untuk freshgraduate atau SMA/SMK yang memiliki pengalaman 2 th dibidang IT Support
Pengalaman kerja 1-2 tahun di bidang IT Support
Familiar dengan windows (Linux sebagai nilai plus)
Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang hardware, software komputer (Dekstop Managemet)
Memiliki kemampuan maintenance & development sistem/aplikasi
Memiliki kemampuan maintenance Jaringan & Troubleshooting
Terbiasa melakukan troubleshoot jaringan, troubleshoot laptop/pc dan instalasi jaringan
Menguasai basic network
