Job description

Job opportunity for Head of Creative at Xander Creative Agency in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Key Responsibilites

Conduct research and development (R&D) for new short-form video formats and present findings to leadership.

Develop content strategy, segmentation, and ensure strong FYP performance across brands.

Create creative decks, script cycles, and provide solutions for underperforming brands.

Review scripts and final video outputs to ensure quality and alignment with standards.

Lead and direct the creative team (scriptwriters, videographers, talent, editors) during content production.

Provide daily direction, feedback, and training for scriptwriters.

Support reporting processes and act as backup for communication and operational needs when required.

Act as a decision maker and ensure overall team performance and execution run effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Communication, Marketing, Film/Media, or a related field.

Experience in managing creative teams (scriptwriter, videographer, talent, editor).

Strong understanding of short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and FYP mechanics.

Proficiency in scripting and content ideation for performance-driven content.

Ability to analyze content performance (e.g., views, engagement, retention) and translate it into actionable improvements.

Experience in developing content strategy and segmenting content for different brand needs.

Experience working in a fast-paced creative or agency environment is a plus.
