Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in classroom activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will also participate in planning and implementing educational programs that align with the developmental needs of young children. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior. Your teamwork and communication skills will be crucial in collaborating effectively with other educators and staff members to achieve our shared goals., To excel in this role, we seek candidates who meet the following qualifications. We are looking for female individuals who have completed their SMA/SMK education. You should possess strong teamwork abilities, demonstrating your capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues. Excellent classroom management skills are essential to ensure a smooth learning process for the children. Effective communication skills are vital, especially when interacting with parents and teachers.
