Job opportunity for Accounting & Tax Staff at PT INDONESIA MOROWALI INDUSTRIAL PARK (IMIP) in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

What you'll be doing

Support Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to preparing monthly financial report.

Input Faktur Pajak through e-Faktur application.

Updating daily transaction related to accounting and tax matter such as : sales invoice (Account Receivables), invoice from supplier (Account Payables), inventory, general ledger, etc into Accounting System.

Updating for bank receipts, payments, and monitoring petty cash movement.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports by request from Finance Accounting Tax Manager or Director .

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.

Monthly tax calculation and Annual Tax Return (CIT) (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2) Final Tax, Tax Article 15, DGT, VAT and also Local Tax).

What we're looking for

BACHELOR DEGREE in Accounting, Management, or Economics

Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position

Have strong knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as taxation regulations (holds Brevet A & B);

Having good knowledge about General Accounting, Tax Regulation, Financial System & Procedure, Consolidated Financial Statement, Financial Analysis

Familiar with Tax procedure Local and International, Tax Regulation, e-SPT, and Accounting system.

Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel programs

Fluent in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin preferable

Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill

Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, good leadership & teamwork

Have strong leadership, able to guide, supervise and delegate tasks to subordinates properly; and

Well-organized, honest, high attention in details and accuracy.
