WE ARE HIRING – KOL & Affiliate Specialist (GMV & Sales Target Oriented)

We are looking for a driven and performance-oriented Affiliate Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate channel. If you are experienced in driving GMV and sales targets through affiliates, creators, and marketplace programs — this role is for you!

Placement: Alamanda Tower, South Jakarta

Requirements

✓ Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve GMV & sales targets
✓ Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with affiliates & creators
✓ Monitor affiliate performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, etc.)
✓ Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and insights
✓ Coordinate with KOL, content, and digital marketing teams
✓ Create incentive programs and promotional strategies for affiliates
✓ Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance
✓ Ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns across platforms (e-commerce & social commerce)
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
✓ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
✓ Proven track record in achieving GMV or sales targets
✓ Strong understanding of marketplace & social commerce platforms
✓ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
✓ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✓ Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
✓ Experience handling affiliate dashboards & reporting tools is a plus
