Job description
Job opportunity for Admin & Purchasing Officer at Artisan Bali in KAB. BADUNG, BALI, Indonesia.
Qualification:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to determine inventory needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, invoices and receipts.
Compile and analyze data to prepare various reports, including sales reports, inventory reports, service charge reports and salary reports, depending on management request.
Assist in bi-weekly cash count.
Provide general administrative support to the management team, such as answering phones, responding to emails and scheduling appointments.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
Have at least a minimum of 2 years of experience in a challenging recreational, entertainment, retail, hospitality or food services organization.
Managing one's own time and the time of others through efficient time management techniques.
Good monitoring/assessment skills to evaluate performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheet creation and the use of online applications / website browsers.
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of customers and staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
