The Finance & Accounting Executive at PT. EASYBOOK TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA will play a crucial role in

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements.

Assist for reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Ensure proper documentation and filling of accounting records.

Reconcille bank account and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis.

Reconcille monthly VAT report for submission.

Liaise with tax consultant for monthly tax submission.

Prepare invoices from external for tax submission accordingly .

Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and resolve payment or documentation issues.

Assist with external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Maintain up to date knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in a smiliar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesia accounting standars, taxation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting sofware

Details orientaed and accountable.

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skill.

High level of integrity and attention to details

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
