Job opportunity for Public Relations (PR) at PT DISCLOSURE RETAIL INDONESIA in KOTA MALANG, JAWA TIMUR, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Key Responsibilities :

Collect and analyze consumer insights (in-store & out-of-store) to support brand activation strategies.

Plan, initiate, and execute weekly & monthly brand activation events (music, workshops, product launches, community activities).

Build and maintain brand partnerships across multiple categories (Men, Women, Accessories, Fragrance, Beauty).

Conduct brand pitching and collaboration outreach to local and national fashion brands.

Coordinate influencer & KOLs content publishing to align with campaign goals.

Identify and pursue business collaboration opportunities (local communities, events, or creative projects).

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome if highly proactive).

Strong networking & negotiation skills.

Passion for fashion trends, lifestyle, and Gen Z culture.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Creative thinker with strong project management abilities.

Willing to work in a fast-paced, event-heavy environment.
