Job opportunity for Admin Operasional Skincare & Kosmeitk at Yummys Motherlacto Indonesia in KAB. GRESIK, JAWA TIMUR, Indonesia.
Qualification:
KUALIFIKASI :
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Administrasi, Manajemen, atau relevan)
Amanah dalam bekerja
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi operasional/manufaktur (lebih disukai industri kosmetik/FMCG)
Terbiasa mengelola data, laporan, dan dokumentasi dengan rapi dan akurat
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel), Accurate/SAP (nilai tambah) dengan baik
Teliti, sistematis, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
Mampu bekerja cepat, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada detail
TANGGUNG JAWAB:
Mengelola dan memastikan administrasi operasional produksi berjalan optimal
Melakukan pencatatan dan monitoring data produksi & stok secara akurat
Menyusun laporan operasional secara sistematis dan tepat waktu
Berkoordinasi aktif dengan tim produksi, gudang, dan purchasing
Menjaga ketertiban dokumen sesuai standar dan SOP perusahaan
