Job opportunity for QC, RnD Supervisor at PT. Rejeki Tujuh Alam (Madu Uray) in KAB. TANGERANG, BANTEN, Indonesia.

Job Description:
Bertindak sebagai Penanggung Jawab Teknis (PJT) sesuai persyaratan CPOTB.
Melaksanakan fungsi Quality Control (QC): melakukan pengujian mikrobiologi, fisika, dan kimia terhadap bahan baku, bahan kemas, produk antara, dan produk jadi.
Menyusun, menerapkan, dan mengevaluasi SOP laboratorium serta dokumen pendukung lainnya sesuai dengan standar CPOTB, CPPOB, ISO/HACCP.
Mengembangkan formula produk baru, melakukan uji stabilitas dan efektivitas sebagai bagian dari R&D.
Mengontrol kualitas produk agar sesuai standar mutu dan regulasi.
Memastikan kelayakan alat, bahan, serta pelaksanaan kalibrasi, perawatan alat, dan validasi metode secara berkala.
Menyusun laporan hasil pengujian dan mendukung pelaksanaan audit internal maupun eksternal (BPOM, Halal, dll).
