Luma is a Mediterranean restaurant based in the heart of Canggu. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

3. Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner

4. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area

5. Assisting with cleaning and washing duties as needed

6. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or queries

7. Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role or graduate from culinary course is preferred

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

4. Good attention to details and a commitment to providing high-quality service

5. Maintain high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness

6. Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette
