Responsibilities

Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-value B2B opportunities and strategic partnerships across various sectors.

Outreach Execution: Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, and discovery calls to expand our project pipeline.

Product Mastery: Learn the value propositions of XETUP’s software suite and assist in presenting them as high-ROI solutions to clients.

Pipeline Management: Support the full sales cycle, from lead generation to preparing professional pitch decks and proposals for high-ticket projects.

Market Mapping: Provide insights on industry trends and competitor activity to refine our market entry strategies.

Requirements

Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Hustle & Grit: A "never-say-die" attitude. You view rejection as a stepping stone and are persistent in following up with prospects.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to articulate value clearly and handle initial objections professionally.
