MARKETING ACQUISITION (B2B)

Responsibilities :

Sales strategy and planning and Generate leads and convert them into clients.

Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client's organizations.

Lead partnership contract negotiations with client to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms.

Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results.

Qualifications :

Minimum bachelors degree’s of Management, Communication, Public Relation or any related major (Min. 3.00 GPA).

Minimum 2 years of working experience as B2B Marketing / Account Manager / Business Development (preferably from Outsourcing/Head Hunter Industry)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Candidates who are proficient Korean and/or Mandarin speakers are a plus.

Strong problem-solving, build relation and analytical abilities.

Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO) - South Jakarta.

The salary range above encompasses the base salary and attendance allowance only, excluding monthly incentives based on KPI achievement.
