  • ✓ Manage project administration activities, including documentation, filing, and record management.
  • ✓ Prepare and maintain project reports related to progress, administration, and coordination.
  • ✓ Ensure all project documents are properly organized, updated, and accessible.
  • ✓ Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants regarding administrative and reporting needs.
  • ✓ Support project management in tracking schedules, deliverables, and administrative compliance.
  • ✓ Assist in preparing regular reports for internal management and stakeholders.
