Qualification:

Job Description – Sales & Marketing Hotel

1. Planning & Strategy

Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase room, meeting, and F&B revenue

Identify target markets (corporate, travel agents, OTA, government, etc.)

Prepare promotional plans (online and offline)

Create annual and monthly marketing budgets

2. Sales Activities

Prospect and acquire new clients

Maintain relationships with existing clients (corporate and travel agents)

Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations

Prepare and follow up on quotations and contracts

Achieve assigned sales targets

3. Digital Marketing

Manage OTA platforms (Traveloka, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.)

Implement pricing strategies (rate management & yield management)

Handle hotel social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Execute digital marketing campaigns (ads, promotions)

Ensure all promotional content is updated and engaging

4. Branding & Promotion

Enhance hotel brand awareness

Create promotional materials (brochures, banners, packages)

Organize promotional events (holidays, special offers, etc.)

Collaborate with influencers and media partners

5. Administration & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Analyze sales performance and occupancy trends

Maintain client database and sales records

Monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing strategies

6. Internal Coordination

Coordinate with Front Office regarding reservations

Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness

Coordinate with Engineering for facility maintenance

Collaborate with F&B team for events and group bookings

7. Customer Relationship Management

Handle client inquiries and complaints (especially corporate/group)

Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Build and maintain a strong customer database

8. Event & Group Handling

Manage group bookings (meetings, gatherings, weddings, etc.)

Coordinate event details with operational teams

Ensure smooth execution of events as per agreement
