Job Description :
Menjadi point of contact (POC) dan memastikan kelancaran operasional antara gudang, toko, dan Head office.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk pengadaan, replenishment, dan maintenance kebutuhan operasional di Gudang, toko, atau Head Office.
Mengidentifikasi dan mengusulkan perbaikan proses operasional untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
Memastikan data operasional tercatat dengan akurat dan up-to-date.
Mendukung implementasi sistem atau SOP baru terkait operasional.
Membuat laporan terkait metric Achievement, Growth, dan Productivity.
Memantau kebersihan, keamanan, dan kelayakan seluruh unit operasional yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
Job Requirement :
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 seluruh jurusan, SMA/SMK dengan pengalaman serupa dapat melamar.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi relevan, memiliki pengalaman handle multiple outlet/toko/cabang menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki komunikasi dan kemampuan koordinasi yang baik.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan inisiatif dalam memperbaiki proses kerja.
Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke seluruh unit operasional yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
