Job opportunity for Staff Corporate Finance Analyst at PT Akarsa Garment Indonesia in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

JOBDESC

1. Menyusun dan mengelola model keuangan (revenue, cost, cashflow, profitability)

2. Mendukung pembuatan proyeksi keuangan

3. Membantu analisis kelayakan bisnis (feasibility study, ROI, IRR, payback period)

4. Mendukung simulasi skema investasi

5. Membantu monitoring cashflow harian/mingguan

6. Menyusun laporan posisi kas dan proyeksi kebutuhan dana

7. Melakukan follow-up ke tim terkait agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai timeline

8. Menyiapkan data untuk kebutuhan presentasi ke manajemen / investor

9. Menyusun ringkasan (summary) dari diskusi, meeting, atau analisis

10. Menyusun dan merapikan file kerja (financial model, laporan, deck)

KUALIFIKASI

1. Minimal S1 Ekonomi / Akuntansi / Keuangan

2. Memahami dasar financial statement (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)

3. Menguasai Excel / Google Sheets (WAJIB) Formula (IF, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP)

4. Paham konsep Cashflow Management, Budgeting, forecasting

5. Mampu mengolah data menjadi insight sederhana

6. Teliti, detail, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan angka

7. Rapi dalam dokumentasi dan file management

8. Memiliki Tingkat kedisiplinan yang tinggi

9. Mampu menulis dengan jelas (laporan, summary, memo)

10. Bisa dipercaya untuk handle data & dokumen penting
