Merencanakan dan mengatur seluruh proses produksi agar berjalan sesuai target.
Mengawasi jalannya produksi (kualitas, kuantitas, dan waktu).
Mengatur jadwal kerja tim produksi.
Memastikan penggunaan bahan baku efisien dan sesuai standar.
Mengontrol kualitas hasil produksi agar sesuai SOP.
Berkoordinasi dengan bagian lain (gudang, purchasing, QC).
Mengatasi kendala produksi dan mencari solusi cepat.
Membuat laporan hasil produksi secara berkala.
