Job opportunity for Sous Chef at CV RESIDENCE JAYA LIVING in Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia.

Qualification:

1. Mengerjakan semua administrasi Kitchen yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan mengenai Inventaris barang, stock management, Recipe, stock opname, breakage, waste.

2. Merencanakan dan menerapkan sistem kontrol/ pengawasan terhadap standar operasional (Standard Operation Procedure) Produksi agar kualitas menu terjaga

3. Mengevaluasi SOP produk yang mengakibakan penurunan kualitas produk dan melakukan perbaikan SOP produk.

4. Mengevaluasi target kinerja (Key Performance Indicator) staf Kitchen dan memberikan pelatihan, feedback, coaching dan counseling secara berkala.

5. Membuat dan mengajukan promo bundling, promo buffet dan menu seasonal dengan menganalisa cogs semua menu tersebut dan mengajukan kepada management.

6. Bertanggung jawab kepada managemen dalam menjaga kualitas makanan, waste product, dan COGS setiap bulan stabil
