Job opportunity for KOL Specialist at PT Savir Kemilau Indonesia in KOTA BEKASI, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Job Description:

Find, select, and manage collaborations with KOLs/influencers who align with target audience or brand DNA.

Negotiate partnership schemes (paid, barter, affiliate, sponsorship) with business partners and KOLs.

Oversee campaign progress and ensuring timelines and targets are met.

Analyze campaign performance using metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide strategic insights.

Build a database of partners and KOLs for future campaigns.

Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist

Experience in FMCG/Beauties/Personal Care/Brands is a plus

Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Bitly, and Affiliate Platforms

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Creative and up-to-date with social media trends

Target-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
