Requirements

  • ✓ Initiate and execute KOL plans end to end (hunting, dealing, creating briefs, scheduling, payment)
  • ✓ Reporting and creating next steps suggestions based on KOL performance
  • ✓ Spot trends and create campaign ideas for KOL
  • ✓ Obtain free exposure from KOL by providing products
  • ✓ Manage relationship with KOL's
  • ✓ Understand which KOL is best fit for the brand
  • ✓ Strong understanding of what makes a viral content on TikTok
  • ✓ Storytelling and copywriting
  • ✓ Always up to date and have a high ability to identify trends
  • ✓ Knowledge and passion for skincare & beauty industry
  • ✓ Good communication skills
  • ✓ Good time management skills
  • ✓ Energetic
