Job opportunity for PGSD Teacher (for Semarang Campus) at Mutiara Harapan Islamic School Bangka in Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia.

Qualification:

At Mutiara Harapan Islamic School, we believe that great teachers inspire curiosity, confidence, and character. We are looking for a passionate Primary Teacher (PGSD graduate) who is ready to nurture young learners in a supportive and values-driven learning environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education (PGSD/PGMI)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching at primary level

Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills

Creative, patient, and student-centered teaching approach

Able to integrate Islamic values into daily teaching and learning

Collaborative and open to professional development

Available to join in July 2026

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum

Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor, assess, and document students’ academic and character development

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress

Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership

Support students’ social, emotional, and moral development
