Job opportunity for Recruitment Intern (Manufacture) at PT. Alia Digital Printex in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA TIMUR, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other channels

2. Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments

3. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

4. Support the organization of recruitment events, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (recent graduates are welcome to apply)

2. Previous internship or freelance experience is preferred

3. Familiarity with mass hiring and psychological assessment tools is a plus

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. High initiative, willingness to learn, and able to multitask effectively

7. Willing to commit to a 3-month internship, Monday-Friday (9 AM-6 PM), from Pulogadung, East Jakarta
