Qualification:

Role Description

Develop and create the menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

Preparing high-quality dishes for customers

Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with health regulations

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and exceptional dining experiences

Qualifications

Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume establishment

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Creativity and ability to develop menus

Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety practice

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
