Job opportunity for Admin Concierge at Karma Group (PT. ROYAL RESORTS INTERNATIONAL) in KOTA DENPASAR, BALI, Indonesia.
Qualification:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Karma Concierge Admin to ensure smooth daily operations within our team. In this role, you will manage workload distribution, staff scheduling, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will play a key role in maintaining productivity, especially during high-demand periods or unexpected staff shortages.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute and adjust tasks based on team members’ skills, availability, and priority levels to maintain an efficient workflow.
Monitor and maintain accurate staff attendance records, logs, and time-tracking systems to ensure transparency and data integrity.
Act as the first point of response in short-staff situations by reallocating tasks and managing workload shifts to avoid delays or backlogs.
Anticipate workload challenges by monitoring deadlines, staff schedules, and potential capacity gaps.
Provide regular reports on task completion, team productivity, absenteeism trends, and workload distribution to support management decisions.
Requirements:
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Strong command of spoken and written English
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
